          理查德?D?諾布爾:博士,美國國家科學基金會膜應用科學和技術產業和大學合作研究中心主任,艾爾弗雷德和貝蒂講座教授。1968年美國斯蒂文斯理工學院獲工學學士學位;1969年美國斯蒂文斯理工學院獲工學碩士學位;1976年美國加利福尼亞大學戴維斯分校獲博士學位。從事液膜在氣體分離上的應用研究,開發了一種儀器,用于測量離子液體中的溶度和擴散性;微孔氧化鋁和不銹鋼管合成沸石膜研究,并開展對氣體、蒸汽和汽化滲透的研究,以及液晶化載體促進傳遞膜的研究等。1994年獲美國化學會科羅拉多分會獎;1995年獲工程學院優秀研究獎;1996年取得日本工業技術協會外國研究員基金;2001年入選美國化學工程師學會會員。
